Work Unlimited is a non-profit corporation whose mission is to provide vocational training and residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The company grew out of a number of projects and programs developed by Western Oregon University.

The first project to be named Work Unlimited was an adult vocational program in Corvallis. Eventually, the services grew to incorporate: employment support for adults in Benton, Linn, and Marion counties, three group homes for adolescents, four group homes for adults, and a Specialized Proctor Care Program.
