Who We Hire

We hire dependable, compassionate people who want to make a positive impact.

Experience in disability services is helpful, but not required. Many employees begin as Residential Program Specialists and grow into leadership or management roles over time.

Common roles include:

  • Residential Program Specialists (RPS)

  • Lead Residential Program Specialists

  • Employment Specialists

  • Residential Program Managers

  • Program support positions in both adolescent and adult programs

What the Job is Like

This work is both challenging and rewarding.

Staff support individuals with daily living skills, community participation, behavioral challenges, and skill development. Every day brings new experiences and opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

Applicants must:

  • Pass a DHS background check

  • Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Complete required trainings
